Gamerz Clan POS is a complete point of sale and inventory solution designed for gaming cafés and eSports lounges.
It manages both PC and PlayStation usage alongside product/service sales, combining traditional POS billing with time tracking for consoles.
- Employee Flow: Secure login, opening cash entry, floor plan view (10 PCs + 3 PlayStations), image-based POS billing, hold/resume bills, discounts, multiple payment modes, daily sales summary, and closing cash reconciliation.
- Admin Flow: Full control with dashboards showing live PC/PS usage, sales & profit tracking, cash register logs, low stock alerts, GST/tax reports, P&L, expense management, and complete system setup.
- Roles & Permissions: Differentiated access for employees, managers, and admins with fine-grained control over inventory, reports, and cash handling.
The system ensures smooth daily operations for staff while giving admins complete visibility into revenue, expenses, and stock—making it an end-to-end operational backbone for gaming cafés.
